"Can't say enough about these guys. We had them as our contractor for roof, gutters, windows/sliding glass door and paint (entire house) after a hail storm hit 7/4/19 in Fort Collins. I was considering another company until I was referred to these guys by a general contracting friend of mine. Jeff's (and his sub contractor's) level of detail and service are second to none. Our experience was seamless start to finish. He handled all supplements to insurance and guided us through the nuances of a roughly $25,000 claim. Would not think twice about recommending them to anyone I know. They will be our first call for work on this house or any future house we own."

"Jeff stopped by when a neighbor recommended, we speak with him after the very damaging July hail storm (2019). Our neighbor is an independent, semi-retired contractor and had worked with Jeff before on projects. Jeff was a blessing. My husband was thinking about coordinating all the work that needed to be done, plus dealing with the insurance company. The adjuster sent out made some glaring mistakes, that my husband was able to catch, but Jeff went to bat for us to get the maximum coverage for us. He and his sub-contractors were excellent! "So, this review is going to be so glowing that you are going to think I am friends with Jeff. Let me be clear- I found Jeff and Blu Sky Roofing [now North Peak] on NextDoor. He had great reviews, so I thought I would give him a try. I received three bids for the roof. All 3 bids were identical in price. Jeff assured me he had extensive experience dealing with insurance companies. That was no lie! Since I was dealing with an unusual insurance situation (we had hail damage from a storm, but a limited roof coverage policy from our insurance) I needed a contractor who could work to get the most out of my claim. After the insurance company came out the first time, they were going to give me nothing! That's right. They said all I needed was a repair and they would replace 32 shingles and since my deductible was higher than the repair, I got zip. Jeff led me through the process and knew exactly what to do. Jeff went back several times and took the claim from $0 to $8700 to over $16,000!! I can't recommend and thank him and Blu Sky [North Peak] enough! Not only that, he is very communicative, thorough and detailed. They completed the whole job, gutters included in three short days. Cleanup was amazing and Jeff supervised the project and was very accessible. He was never too busy to help and really went above and beyond. You won't be sorry you went with Blu Sky [North Peak]!!"

As a result of wind damage to our roof, we needed tiles replaced. Not only did they show up the same day to inspect the roof and provide a repair estimate, they found several loose tiles and sealed them that day to prevent possible leaking in the event of another storm. Replacement tiles that matched the damaged ones were located quickly and repairs performed in less than a week. They further inspected the roof during the repair and made sure all tiles were sealed. Prior to the repair, there was a detailed explanation of the work to be performed and, upon completion, additional information was provided as to the damage found and repaired.
